The “SC-DT200” is a mini component system equipped with a DVD / CD player, MD deck, and FM / AM tuner. It has a two-piece configuration consisting of an amplifier and a deck, and uses a cabinet with external dimensions of 190 x 356 x 73 mm (width x depth x height, depth of the CD / DVD section is 335 mm) and a width of 190 mm, which is the same as the DVD jacket. .. The DVD / CD player also supports CD-R / RW and can play MP3s. MD deck supports MDLP.
The amplifier section has a built-in 35W x 6ch digital amplifier, and the DSP is equipped with a 98MHz drive. “Compared to other digital amplifiers, the SN ratio is much better and the energy efficiency is as high as 90% or more. Therefore, heat loss is small and a 6ch amplifier can be built into a small body,” the company said. In addition, the power supply unit is equipped with a large “high-quality bamboo capacitor” that is used in the company's single amplifier.
A 5.1ch system can be constructed by adding a DTS / Dolby Digital compatible decoder and an optional speaker system, and bi-wiring / bi-amp drive is also supported when using 2 speakers. It also has a 2ch virtual surround function “advanced surround circuit”.
